RP Watkins, an Oklahoma City-based manufacturer of Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF), has served the ICF construction industry for more than 30 years with the Original Watkins Hanger. Their products are trusted on job sites across the U.S. and Canada, but the company’s digital presence didn’t reflect that reputation. RP Watkins was working with antiquated branding and a website built on an outdated content management system, which created a poor user experience and a frustrating checkout process for customers.

Our team partnered with RP Watkins to modernize their brand and digital presence from the ground up. The project began with a complete brand refresh, including a fully redesigned logo and a new visual identity that conveys the strength, precision, and reliability of the product. We then migrated the company to a custom Shopify website. The new site delivers a streamlined shopping and checkout experience that makes it easy for contractors and builders to order directly from RP Watkins, the exclusive seller of the Watkins Hanger.

Because architects, engineers, and spec teams are a core audience, we made technical resources a central part of the site. Product documentation, test reports, shop drawings, CAD/BIM files, installation videos, and FAQs are all easy to find, so specifiers can confidently add the hanger to their plan sets. We also rebuilt and revamped the RP Watkins classifieds site, improving its user experience and giving customers a dedicated marketplace to sell excess inventory. Analytics were integrated across the entire platform to support data-driven decision making. The site is built using modern SEO and technical optimization best practices, which gives it a strong foundation for search visibility, performance, and long-term growth.

The result is a modern, professional brand and ecommerce experience that matches the quality of the product. Since launch, the new site has driven meaningful growth in online sales and simplified ordering for customers, positioning RP Watkins to expand its presence in the ICF construction market.
